Action Plan

Roles of group members:
   -find an appropriate rigorous article to use for a social studies or science close read
   -work to devise guiding questions for close read
   -work to devise overarching theme
   -conduct first close read lesson with second grade students
   -assess close read results
   -discuss close read results
How we will accomplish our group's purpose:
   -We will work together discussing each step as a group to devise a close read that is rigorous and aligns
     with the Common Core Standards for ELA: reading, writing, listening/speaking, and language
